Four small businesses have been named finalists at the Inspire Business Awards 2025.

Yamazaki Sushi Bar, in Feathers Lane, in the town centre was declared winners at the Prestige Awards in Portsmouth, being named the best Japanese restaurant in the South.

Basingstoke residents are now spoilt for choice when it comes to sushi with two restaurants opening in the town in the last few months.
